Well since Tri-ace laid the ground work for the Tails Series you should be pleased!

Lets hope it will be, but like g-value said, its going to take A LOT to close in on ToV, much less surpass it!

Are there ever many JRPG's announced during E3? I would think that they would mostly be announced during TGS. FF and maybe KH excluded because they are actually big in the west
