after thinking about this for awhile, i have decided to finally leave m$ and nintendo for the rest of this gen. the reason are that i like the ps3 alot more after thinking about what each system has to offer me and the games that are coming out this year and next have me very excited to say the least. going to get rid of all my xbox 360 and wii stuff tomorrow for more ps3 games. going to also upgrade the hdd as well, this was a very tough decision for me, because i love the xbox brand alot and its games and i also love the zelda and mario titles for the wii. but due to money issues that have come up recently, i have decided that a single system is the best way for me at least for the rest of this gen.

i havent decided on what new games i should buy for my ps3 , might infamous tomorrow , since my store i go to is selling it already.

Well, even though you'll miss out on some exclusives, Sony has a very exciting lineup for the rest of the year and the beginning of next year. Plus, you'll save $ by not having to buy as many games and accessories.

If I were you I'd wait until after E3, since MS has basically not announced a single game for a year, there are bound to be a lot of games announced.

I agree there is a lot more value for money in going with a single system... You may miss out on a few exclusives but they are not worth the extra cash of another system.

Well, while you will be missing out on alot of great games and features, the Playstation will easily have enough quality content to keep you happy. PSN will keep expanding and Blu-Ray will become more mainstream.

Ive never actually owned a console thats not a Playstation. I know I'm missing out on tons of great stuff, but Im always more than happy with what I have and dont want to fork out extra cash on something thats far from necessary

thats cool RC u just earned ur self a new friend i 2 im only one console per gen and so far its been PS gen after gen i just dont have the time for more than 1 console and all the wires and controllers clutter things up

infamous is a good choice

keep your Wii at least...I can see why getting rid of 360 since it shares 80% of its library with PS3
