1. There is no proof that my console is modded to hell.


2. Even if it were, you dont make sense. Ppl who pirate are still supporting the industry by paying for the console, accesories, extra controller, XBL, DLC, etc. Has it ever occured to you that some ppl who pirate NEVER WOULDVE BOUGHT A 360 if it couldnt be modded? Hence, the companies are not losing out at all. Those pirates never would've bought the system or games in the first place.


3, You guys are just mad that pirates get games for free AND get them a week before you do even if you have it on pre-order.

I'm more concerned about other things in gaming... like multi-millionaire companies such as CAPCOM charging extra money for DLC that is already included on the game that you already paid full price for.

Piracy is the least of my concerns.

i was one of the Only people Defending Capcom..And no can prove that is what they did....

I dont know about RE5 since I didnt download their crap...but on SF4 I KNOW FORSURE that is EXACTLY what they did.


The extra costumes were already made and on the disc. They were in the arcade version that was out WAY before the 360 and Ps3 versions were even in development. There is no doubt in my mind that CAPCOM did that.


So if they did it with SF4, I dont doubt they did the same with RE5.

What reason would you have to doubt me? 360 only cost $299 here. What's 299 to me? A couple days pay. No big deal. If I like games enough to make 400+ posts here, dont you think I like games enough to buy a 360.




 




 




 




Yes, I have critised MS faulty hardware very harshly before. But check my posting history and you'll see me critisizing MGS4 (Ps3 exclusive) and UFC Undisputed too...both which I play on Ps3.




 




Other than critisizing 360 hardware... I rarely, if ever, bash the system. I simply support Ps3 more because I play it more often now and like where it's heading.

2. How exactly does that help the developers of the game? Hardware support is NOT supporting software. Hell, I don't even think that Sony first party would get any money from buying peripherals. Your logic is...illogical.




What I was asying is that those ppl pirating never wouldve bought the game or system to begin with. So the devs aren't being ripped off because they never wouldve made money from that person in the first place. And I was talking about the industry as a whole, not just developers.

Isn't it interesting that some of the most aggressive sony fanboys on this site, infamous and seriouslyfrustrating are both pirates on the 360.  You would think that would make them like the system more because they are getting their games for free, but I think it boils down to price justification. 






They have to spend money on their ps3 products, so they feel they have to spend more time and enjoy them that much more. 






Honestly, pirates make me so mad, they are like a parasite you can't get rid of.

You do realize owning a modded console violates the law and you can and will be prosecuted if discovered? I don't see how saving a few bucks to play some video games is worth being a criminal over and possibly seeing huge fines and jail time.

In fact, if I were a mod here, I'd look up your IP and turn it into the local police in your area so that they could confiscate your console and bring the full extent of the law down upon you.


Piracy is theft.  Any common thief deserves to be behind bars.
