This. Though it might end up being a great jrpg.

/\ ditto

The problem with this game is that it looks very inconsistent, sometimes the graphics look good and other times they look horrible. The gameplay and story will define the fate of this game.

Haha, one of your topics made me want a game more, and the other pretty much killed my anticipation.

I blame imageepoch

seriously who gives a fuck about the graphics. I still feel like skies of Arcadia legends is one of the best RPG's of all time and it was originally a dream cast game.

That's actually the vibe I get from this game is Skies of Arcadia Legends.

Isn't that the same with just about every other RPG? I usually don't get excited about RPGs anyway until gameplay and story details are reviewed.

Well from what I've seen so far this appears to be pretty much one of those super typical turn based JRPG's. I'm not too keen on turn based RPG's unless they have a lot of strategy or some sweet twist. But i hear around that the AP gauge used in this game deepens the gameplay and adds more strategy, rather than select your move and wait for the pretty 5 minuet animation to finish.

I'm interested to see how this turns out, I'll definitely try it out. I just hope the story has more humor than angst...

How technical is your game?

Yes, you're right, that was a little redundant I guess.
