Looks like a decent rental game. I don't often rent games, but I can't imagine an on rails game would have enough gameplay to be worth buying.
That said, it looks good, Dead Space kicked ass, and more Dead Space (and more M-rated Wii games) is always a good thing.

The game's going to have multiple paths, so there is going to be some replay value. But it would still be a good idea to rent it first.
A flashy-first game is awesome when it comes out. A great-first game is awesome forever.
