Looks like there's some depth and variation to the gameplay. They have an impressive fire effect. I'm interested in this game, but I'll probably end up choosing between this and Darkside Chronicles, so the comparative quantity and quality of their content will be key.

I know there's this notion of whether rails can be scary or not, but what about fun? If this and RE:DSC are fun, then that's what matters most.
A flashy-first game is awesome when it comes out. A great-first game is awesome forever.

Yeah, it's confirmed. Co-op is a pretty easy thing to do on a rail-shooter. You don't even need to split the screen. It would be a crap-ass rail shooter which doesn't have co-op.
