Voyager and Deep Space Nine turned into soap operas while Enterprise was one from the very start.

For me it's a draw between The Next Generation and Voyager, I love both series. Where I live, they've been airing Enterprise again, and so far I like it, but not as much as TNG and VOY.
I also really want to see DS9 and eventually TOS.

The best Star Trek movie is First Contact.



I'm disappointed at the lack of love for the original series. I've been watching the first season over the past week and Shatner is so full of win that it hurts me. Yes, the series is cheesy. Yes, it's campy.

That is still the best cast of Star Trek ever assembled.

Hey we agree on that.  DS9 did everything the rest of the Star Treks did but gave it a steady consistant story with characters that developed.

It was a little more subtle too.

I think some people don't like it just because it painted the Federation as less perfect and idealized as the earlier shows.



I don't know where I'd place the first three, but Voyager and Enterprise were pure unadulterated balls.

Voyager kinda grew on me.

 

I didn't love the show... but the holographic doctor was golden.
