The official website for the upcoming Tales of Vesperia ~The First Strike~ movie has officially opened. The movie will be a prequel to the game, focusing on Yuri Lowell and Flynn Scifo's past when they were in the Imperial Knights. Estelle, Raven, and Rita Mordio have been confirmed to have roles in the movie, as well as a unknown red-haired woman who seems to be another Imperial Knight. Production I.G., the studio behind all the Tales of animated cutscenes, will be in charge of animating the movie. Currently Yuri Lowell's voice actor in Japan has been confirmed to be reprising his role.

Currently all that is available is the first post in the official blog and a list of movie theaters that will be showing the movie.

I don't know if the movie is coming with the PS3 version, but we do know the PS3 version will have content related to the movie.
