1. Yes he does. It's most obvious when you play the retro Shadow Moses level in MGS4. I couldnt help but think how great it would be if Snake could move that fast in MGS4.

2. The maps are WAY bigger now. To get from point A from point B, it takes much longer.

More nitpicking. Metal Gear Online. I really like MGO, but it couldve been much better than it currently is. There's only 4 levels IIRC.
