That's quite the contradiction, stealth based action is not fast pased.

It did have more stealth, but overall it matches most your complaints.

1. Yes he does. It's most obvious when you play the retro Shadow Moses level in MGS4. I couldnt help but think how great it would be if Snake could move that fast in MGS4.

2. The maps are WAY bigger now. To get from point A from point B, it takes much longer. 

 

More nitpicking. Metal Gear Online. I really like MGO, but it couldve been much better than it currently is. There's only 4 levels IIRC.
