Top quality games that appeal to most perfectly describes Wii Fit, Wii Sports, and Mario Kart Wii.

im not going to get really into it but for the Wii weres a good TPS, FPS, Sandbox, Racing with Licensed Cars, Fighting with humans, RPGs and Stealth.  Both the HDs have plenty of top quality games in every genre i dont feel the Wii does I dont feel like a harcore gamer can buy a Wii and be satasfied i feel that a casual gamer can get a PS3 and even 360 and have some games to get into( LBP, Ratchet, Banjo and Others) and slowy become & evolve to a hardcore gamer with the console and get the best of both worlds

TPS - Resident Evil 4

Sandbox - Bully

Fighting - Plenty but latest is Punch-out

RPGs- Dokapon, Tales, FFCC, FF Chocabo, and DQX is coming

Stealth isn't even a big genre so I don't even know why you listed it...

Point is you clearly have no idea what you're talking about and just post articles made by ignorant people... you said quality and appeal to many people and there's nothing that touches the appeal of the games he listed...

A thread like this involves many flames.

But as for the article, just seems like another PS3 lover spouting a list of exclusives that somehow destroys the competition. The only reason Sony's lineup is so impressive is because Nintendo and Microsoft don't really have one at the moment. The fact he posted this a couple of weeks prior to E3 is just stupid. Let's look at the lineups after E3, and then we'll have a better idea of where everyone stands. Maybe by then Sony will have something to convince me to buy a PS3 (if I ever have the time and money to invest in another console).

Plus, the only true system seller on that list (As others pointed out) is GT5.

TPS - Resident Evil 4 a last gen game no cover system nothing comapred to gears or uncharted

Sandbox - Bully  another last gen game

But some people that buy Wii Music that enjoy it and call it a quality game might say Shadow of the Colossus isn't that good and they're right... the reason that they don't?  Because it's pointless and quality is subjective...

Wii has splinter cell... and splinter cell is not that great... on any system

Punch-out has humans... and there's games like Don King's Prize Fighter... is it good? Probably not but I haven't played it, does it fit what you want?  Yes.

Modern Warfare 2 is coming to Wii so I don't know what you're trying to prove with the MW2 comment...

Bully and RE4 were remade for the Wii to take advantage of the controls and such so what does it matter if it was made last gen?  Ninja Gaiden Sigma was made last gen twice yet I see a lack of bitching about that game as well...

untrue, quality can be mesured, wii music has out dated graphics, and is traying to do what other games like GH do much better but failed, now liking is subjective, not everyone liked LBP but you cant deny its quality.   Quality and production values are not sujective, is like saying mozarth has no quality and hanna montand does because more poeple like hanna montana when is obvious who has more quality even is you dont like it.

So, this thread is about how "Sony can come out with games that may be as good as its competitors'".  That is a mighty high standard, and shoudl easily warrant "shut it" as a close off.  That certainly tells them one.

If Sony couldn't make games as good as M$ or Nintendo, then they wouldn't be in the business anymore.  Regardless, people arent' really taking notice of Sony's half a dozen exclusives they're scheduled to get, as they're not moving hardware, and barely moving software.  Are Res2 or KZ2 decent shooters?  A lot of people think they are.  A crapload more apparently think Gears, Gears 2, and Halo are.  Until that changes, it really doesn't matter.

Except Killzone isn't ... it scored lower than both Halo and Gears and sold considerably less, what other metric can you use to say they are "arguably" better than anything on either the 360 or Wii .... how does a game that sells less and scores lower beat out Halo???
