But war... war never changes

He was "tricked"??? WTF. HAHAHAHA. This one can't go too far.

he gave me an idea... I will sue Lottary corp for not letting me win my millions of dollars!

This isn't an "only in America" thing, he had a lawyer who was representing both sides via a 3rd party. He has a right to feel screwed and I hope he wins.

@infamy
the real question is "how did he get those lawyers in the first place".

Not really, the fact they represented another involved party should have been disclosed regardless

Also sue them for the fact that they deceived you into thinking you couldn't sue them earlier.

I don't quite understand.

Sony used this guys patents when Immersion sued them?

Sony lost that lawsuit yes?

Sony paid lots of money....

Now Thorner, seeing that the lawsuit was worth that much, is now suing Sony because he sold his patents (thorugh PDP?) to Sony for too little money?

----

Have I got that right? if so it doesn't sound like a worthy lawsuit unless there is some proof that trickery was involved when Sony paid for the patents.

I can't see any article in this thread anywhere... but I thought this was the guy who sued because he sold Sony his patents with the understanding that Sony would provide a lawyer and help him... do something with him i help against immersion.  Or something.

Of which Sony didn't do and kind of "backstabbed" him by settling with immersion.

I'm going to sue you for not linking me to the artical .... oh wait I'm in the UK .. damn
