I just talked to FourZeroTwo from Infinity Ward and he said the platforms are Xbox 360, PS3, and PC.

Well that's discouraging, maybe MW2 isn't going to be on Wii. Maybe it is, now I don't know if I should listen to Viper anymore.

I can confirm this game is NOT coming to the Wii. Viper and Barcdiverce may pretend that they are 100% sure it's coming, but I am 100% sure it isn't.

I think Viper has covered this well enough, but I back up his answer. You'll see MW2 come to the Wii. I wouldn't be surprised to get an official announcement  at E3.

Pretend? Interesting choice of words. I guess it was "pretend" when IW was posting up position openings for Wii development in December on their website?

What I meant is, you're not 100% sure it's coming to the Wii, because that's impossible. Why is it impossible? Because I already know it isn't coming to the Wii.

At least not yet. Who knows, it might get a different version 6 months later just like the Pro Evolution Soccer games from Konami.

What else do you know about MW2 Wii Bardicverse? Tell all the details you know as of now.

Crazybone - That's all I know officially. From word of mouth, a 3d artist that I worked with a while back mentioned that the game was in development for all systems. Its not a solid reference though, so I won't say its 100% accurate.

As for jobs, you can go to any site, EA, Blizzard, Bungie, etc, most have an employment opportunity section. Also, check gamasutra.com, they have multiple listings. If you're just a young fry looking to break into the industry somehow, I'd start at gamedev.net. I've picked up a few solid people from my dev team there. We have a young programmer intern that's very bright and full of ideas. I think he'll go far.

By the way, to all my readers, please do not bother saying "Infinity Ward hates the Wii/Nintendo." Infinity Ward were the people that optimized the engine for the Wii. After they optimized they handed it over to Treyarch, during that process Treyarch "tweaked" whatever they pleased to make the engine run properly on the Wii.

Why would Infinity Ward optimize their engine for the Wii, but never release a game for it. Infinity Ward has said that they want Modern Warfare 2 to be "the biggest selling game ever" so if they want to achieve that goal, they are going to HAVE to release this game on the Wii.

We will find the answers in TWO DAYS I guess...
