As much as I want MW2 on Wii, there is no way it can even come close to the same experience as in the HD consoles. I just saw the footage for the winter levels, and it looks amazing. If Activision indeed brings the game to Wii, I hope they did their best to make it look as good as possible.
What really matters, however, is the multiplayer, and I'm sure the Wii can replicate that much better than the extremely cinematic and awesome scenes in the campaign.

I don't know if it is coming, and if it is not, well, it is Activision's loss. They would make good money with it, and they will not hit the sales goal without a wii version (even though they would not have with one anyways). WaW is fun, and it plays very similar to MW as well. Plus, we have other fps stuff coming.

That's the difference in rushing to cash in on the Wii's success (and make up for your comapnies short-sightedness to begin with) and putting real effort into a title.

The Wii is more powerful than the original Xbox so there is no reason in the world for a Wii title with proper effort to not rival and surpass the best seen on Xbox.

Apparently Modern Warfare is being announced on Thursday at 12:30.

So maybe there is still a chance...........maybe?

Well, the conference is over and no mention of Modern Warfare. I was hoping they would say something when they were talking about the the last third party games, but they said you would play them "exclusively" on Wii, so that killed my hype for MW2.

I guess it ain't coming, not anymore at least. There is no way activision is holding a Wii announcement. Oh well, I might have to buy an Xbox, and I hope the Conduit can make up for the game.

Well bard, Viper.. it looks very much like they won't announce any Wii version of MW2. At least not at E3.

...but you guy's weren't the only ones saying it'll appear on the Wii, so maybe it's not ready yet or something.
