Sorry but I feel far too much of the negativity of that review revolved came down to the learning curve. I played the demo, absolutely loved it, and if all I got were four additional fighting styles and 78 more fighters, that is more than enough for me and a fantastic first effort by a team far more equipped to making a UFC game than they are a WWE game.

This. Me and my friends fell in LOVE with the demo, despite having a ridiculously steep learning curve. I've had the game for almost a week now ( ) and the final game is even better. The selection of fighters is damn good, and the different martial arts styles really makes it interesting. Honestly, if you are a MMA fan, get this game, you will love it, and for those that don't like MMA, playing this game WILL make you a fan, it's already happened to 3 of my friends.

UFC fans will love it.

This game seriously is one of the best sports games ever. What the J man likes about it is that one attack can change the fight completely.

I was Chuck and was facing shogun in the demo. I was dominating and toying with shogun so much that he didnt lay one hit on me. Then I was going for a takedown and shogun gave the dirtiest knee to my chin I have ever seen and I was K.Oed. That serious was the the most "WTF!!!" moment in my gaming life and I look forward to more when I purchase this game.
