Forums - Gaming - Hulk vs. Kratos - who would win?

Is this a serious question? The Hulk would have absolutely no chance, aside from the whole Kratos kills gods thing. All you realistically have to do to defeat Hulk is not anger him. Kratos could just run and hide for all I care. He'd just need to give Hulk time to cool of. Once Hulk is a human being, all it really takes is one blow from Kratos. I've seen him rip horses with his hands.

For gods sake the Punisher killed the Hulk before.

THe operative assumption of these topics is that Kratos would be fighting the Hulk, not Bruce Banner. This is about who would win in a fight, not who would kill who in a comic book (hint: every time Hulk fights gods, he punches them in the face)

Kratos vs. Thor would be more interesting, if only because people would be all "ha! Kratos has killed TWO gods" and then act like that means anything.

What if Kratos uses the Medusa's Gaze and turns the Hulk into stone?

Edit: Those Falcon Punch videos were halarious lol

We need to establish some kind of ground rules here. Let's say this match can only be considered fair if we take The Hulk from its most purest, canon version, or whatever, from the comics. No dubious stuff allowed from some ridiculous series written by some ridiculous writers. There MUST be an "official" version of the Hulk which could determine what he can or can't do.

^okay

what you get is a super powered green guy that is average intelligence, has the ability to grow in strength compared to the level of stress (ie anger), has the ability to heal minor wounds in secs and major wounds in minutes, has super speed due to the strength of movements, has the ability to change physical appearance to suit environment (gills) and can exist in the vacuum of space for periods of time

so what your left with is a faster, stronger, and more adaptable warrior then kratos

how the fight would play out is simple

k would do an attack with his weapons and slice up the hulk pretty good but since the body heals just as fast as they come he wouldn't be able to get a good killing blow, then with H's strength as soon as he layes a hand on him k is dead

for example, K throws a spinning blade attack and cuts off a chunk of the hulks arm, while that is healing the Hulk catches the blade and in a quick jerk rips the arm of k and causes him to bleed out, he climbs back out from hell and the process repeats its self, only not as long b/c the hulk is pissed about the arm thing and getting madder makes him even stronger and faster

and a FYI for the people that keep saying "but hes killed a god man no contest"

your right b/c in the hulk series he has beaten god killers--so while you think you might be adding to the debate and scoring a point for K you are actually proving the point of hulk winning

The wounds Kratos's weapons do may seem nothing to YOU, but they're actually a little bit more powerful than just "brute force applied to a mortal weapon". He slays creatures from the underworld and Gods, it's quite more than just a mere wound from a lance or blade the Hulk would take from a superhuman on EARTH. It's godly power. I don't doubt Hulk would be able to regen fast from his FLESH wounds, but there's more to it. He would probably be unable to heal inside from the power of the Gods being inflicted upon him, and even if his body wouldn't be torn apart, he would definitely get weak and fall.

Well there has been two different scenarios in the comics before that would mean Banner wouldn't need to be involved.

1. There was a time that Banner and the Hulk seperated and were two seperate entities altogether.

2. There was a time Banner turned himself into the Hulk and he couldn't change back. Hulk basically inherited Banner's intelligence in Hulk form.

Tag: Became a freaking mod and a complete douche, coincidentally, at the same time.

He healing ability is for his whole body not just his out sides, so yeah it’s a good weapon and all but it still heals up the same

And he still left with the fact that causing the hulk dmg like that would only further piss him off and then further give him power,  the madder he gets the stronger he gets, its an unlimited well that kratos would just keep pulling from…..

Face it, this is one character that is scripted to be 2 powerful

But then again so is Kratos, that’s some horrible writing, killing a god…ha that never happened in any myth and isn’t possiable

Yeh...so....I think it's fair to say that the Hulk would beat Kratos.

The last of his great feats made me lol.
