I agree with adding polls instead of having to do them through flash. I would say the addition of the resultlinks hyperlinking some of our own words in the forum was a major step backwards. I abhor it!

I think that will cause alot of spam voting threads

When Brawl was released, we saw dozens of threads in every forum talking about it.  It even infected threads that were totally unrelated.  As time passed the newness wore off and people went back to chatting about normal non-SSBB things.

If thread voting was made available then there would be a week or two where we would see dozens of polls but that would pass and it would be a useful addition to the forum.

Yea the spamming would prob die down after a few weeks.  But still.  It would be  a week of constant poll threads...

I definitely think this inclusion has merit.
