Okay, I need help. Every time I save after collecting some shards and drop points and exp, it doesn't really save. I do all that, save, then start my next mission. If i were to die in my next mission and i reload that particular save point, i noticed all my shards and experiences and stuff are gone. Does that happen to you? It does that to me EVERY SINGLE TIME. Now, I don't even bother collecting items for the moment unless I know I have time to complete a simple mission.
Also, another way I died was i jumped towards this building. I fell through TWO BALCONIES and finally I fell THROUGH THE GROUND. You heard right, Cole fell into the abyss of cement and stayed there flinging his arms and legs for 30 seconds before it decided to call it quits and die on me. Anyone else with that issue? Last but not least, I kill some enemies and sometimes they'd float in the air flailing although they are dead already. I can't hit them or anything. They are just there...
Currently loving my Wii x2, Xbox 360 Pro & Xbox 360 Arcade, and Final Fantasy 7 Advent Children Limited "Cloud Black" 160GB PS3

The game is pretty glitchy, but that seems excessive... I've had Cole randomly develop a "phase" power and get stuck in scaffolding, and had enemies share the ability after getting blasted, and lots of other stupid crap, but the save issue I've luckily been spared from.

I've never had that happen. The worst I've seen are a few floating enemies (and enemies that don't sink in water when they die; they just kind of lay on top of it), and I've never fallen through any buildings. I haven't seen many glitches in the game outside of those.
I rented Infamous for the weekend and in 2.5 days I've beaten it on hard as a hero. Now I have to roam around the city trying to find the few enemies still roaming around because I still need about 1,000 xp so I can buy the last 'good' power upgrade... ugh....
Anyway, I enjoyed the game. Sometimes the platforming can be annoying in that there will be times where wont grab something or he'll try to grab the object that you wanted him to grab, but it's quite easy to hop around the city. The same thing goes for combat and I really enjoyed the good powers. Your regular lightning attack is awesome when maxed because headshots give you health and a chain of lightning will shoot out from the enemy to hurt others, but your energy also replenishes. When you face one of those huge metal conduit guys, you can spam the hell out of the megawatt hammer or the shock grenade and then refill your energy without letting up your offensive.
Again, I'm a little unsure about collecting all the blast shards (I ended up collecting 50% of them by the end of the story), but I'm going to play through the game again as an evil bastard and try and collect the other trophies before the sameness of sandbox gameplay wears me down.
Hope to pick this up at the weekend, all my friends who have the game say it brilliant.
Hope so!
Let me show you why they call me the velour fog. Hit it.
I met her in a club down in old Soho,
Where you drink champagne and it tastes just like coca cola,
C-o-l-a, cola.
She, walked up to me and she asked me to dance,
I asked her her name and in a dark brown voice she said;
Leela, L-e-e-l-a, Leela, Lee, Lee, Lee, Leela
Leeeeeeeelaaaaaaaa
Hey guys I have a question on one of the side missions in Warren. The "Casing the Echo" mission where you follow one of the Dustmen's spiders echos into the ship yard. I cannot figure out where to go after it goes does the ramp. I've ran around the entire thing but the conduit that owns it never shows up.
I wonder if I am supposed to go some place else in the maze of shipping containers or where the bloody heck is the conduit?
Any ideas.

I got on top of the train cars and ran around on the south side (the side where you enter when you have to save Zeke) of the area thing. All three conduits that you have to kill are in the maze somewhere; just stay on top of the cars and look for them.
Damn, i forgot how awesome this thread is.
Well done. so much epic info about inFamous.

The last one always gives me a hard time. I spent hrs trying to find the guy. I am pretty sure that u have to traverse the entire maze, then back track to the exit in order to find the last.
I could be wrong.
