Call the cops.That is what my neighbor did when there was loud music in the house next door.I think that they had to turn off the volume or some big deal happened.I cannot remember it quiet well since by that time I was only 4 or 5 years old.You could also just tell or parents or a adult in your house to tell them to lower the volume,that would be a more peaceful solution in my opinion.

You could just ask them nicely to turn it down. Because that's all the cops would do anyway. Or combine the ideas and dress as a cop and ask them nicely to turn it down.

Well you could...
1. go over there tell them to turn it down before you call the cops
2. just call the cops without the warning
