Call the cops.That is what my neighbor did when there was loud music in the house next door.I think that they had to turn off the volume or some big deal happened.I cannot remember it quiet well since by that time I was only 4 or 5 years old.You could also just tell or parents or a adult in your house to tell them to lower the volume,that would be a more peaceful solution in my opinion.
