I don't know if this is floating around or not, but I think we will still be playing as shephard...however from the looks of things. I think he/she got fucked up pretty bad and they fixed her up with robotics so your like a geth/cyborg type thing.

What are your thoughts on what happened to shepard

well with that new trailer showing you saw a robot that seemed to pop up a few times and it looked like it was actually fighting geth. then at the end you hear them say " We're showing what happened to Shepard" and then you hear breathing. Just reminded of those scenes where the guys getting rushed off on a stretcher and they're going to "patch him up" and when he wakes up something is always wrong.

You play as either his kid (from your "romantic" quest, or his clone.

HIS CLONE! Wow, is that the big plot twist? Seriously, bioware could say "you play as shepard". They never said you would play as that Shepard. Surely the council would keep a DNA sample of a specter, and after the only person who knows how to deal with the reapers dies (shepard), they clone him. And to ensure no distractions in the mission, nonbody can talk about what he really is, but you get subtle hints during the entirety of the storyline. And then the ending... BOOM, you find out what you are, at the same time your best friend lay dying.

Seriously, I could write this shit for a living.

I never finished my romantic quest

*Spoilers*

I played as a female and killed of Kaiden instead of Ashley.  I never really used either of them but If the time came where i was forced I would rather be stuck with her instead of Kaiden

Interesting theory, here's mine:

*SPOILERS*

I think that his plan to blow the nuke is actually what set off the chain of events that lead to his plane crash, which is quite ironic, but he's stupid for using Kate as his reason, give me a break.

nah it was too late if you try getting with both there is a cutscene where it makes you choose, I chose kaiden. Once that triggers you ruin your chances with whoever you didn't choose.
