Forums - Website Topics - Suggestion for reviewing DLC & add-ons

It really doesn't make any sense to review DLC and most Add-ons with a review score.

You are of course going to have people moan about scores being lower than the main game for presentation, gameplay and value. Most sites don't even review DLC in any form.

So I propose a much better solution, how about a scale like so:

Buy/Fans only/avoid

Putting a score on something like DLC is going to do two things:

1. The fans of the main game might not care about value, if the gameplay is any more varied, or other non important factors to them, so they will of course not see eye to eye. Some people want more of the same.

2. When you score DLC and Add- ons you put them in the same criteria with their full game counterparts, and that obviously doesn't jive well either. (How is fallout dlc just as good as the full base game?)

This is just a suggestion.

And that's the only thing I need is *this*. I don't need this or this. Just this PS4... And this gaming PC. - The PS4 and the Gaming PC and that's all I need... And this Xbox 360. - The PS4, the Gaming PC, and the Xbox 360, and that's all I need... And these PS3's. - The PS4, and these PS3's, and the Gaming PC, and the Xbox 360... And this Nintendo DS. - The PS4, this Xbox 360, and the Gaming PC, and the PS3's, and that's all *I* need. And that's *all* I need too. I don't need one other thing, not one... I need this. - The Gaming PC and PS4, and Xbox 360, and thePS3's . Well what are you looking at? What do you think I'm some kind of a jerk or something! - And this. That's all I need.
