it's kinda sad when people call generic action games the best exclusive games. i can name plenty that will be better on wii and 360 maybe not by scores cause we all know that reviews are pretty much biased but by fun factor at least for me(especially considering that Killzone 2 was one of more boring games that i played this year - i only played single player campaign, but it was like playing all those old fps games - it just wasn't fun after few levels). out of that three only Infamous looks interesting(but still not as fun as Prototype for me)

Flower is downloadable game and Yakuza 3 probably will never be released outside japan.

mesuring games by metacritic/gamerankings scores are pretty much retarded cause i can name you a lot of games with average 50-70/100 from those sites that are more fun than games that scored 80+/100.

Feel free to look at the two exclusive lists that exist in the Sony/MS forums to keep tabs on your bet :)

I am supportive of the 360 side but admit the PS3 side looks slightly stronger in terms of Metacritic potential.

However, if MS do announce APB this year, and GOW3 is Q1 2010, then it will be close.

Import reviews for Demon's Souls are already looking very good with averages around 85/100. I believe the one "big" complaint is that it is hard.

Ninja Blade was fun, I finished it about 2 weeks ago but I understand why it didn't score higher. It was very very repetitive and even though I love QTE's there were so many of them all throughout the game. Everywhere you turn you end up with a new QTE to perform.

I wouldn't consider it one of the best hack and slash titles either. I would consider it a very good title to rent and play, but that is about as far as I would go.

70/100 is a good score for NB in my opinion.

By the way, the area you fight the final battle in looked awesome. I loved all the swords scattered throughout the battlefield.

Yakuza would be included as a ps3 excl, the bet means that if ffxiii is released this year on the ps3 in japan only then it is not exclusive. Yakuza 3 as you mentioned has no date for the rest of the world, therefore stays with PS3.

Metacritic is used because if we have thoughts like infamous8 we could be here all year, but if we go by metacritic it is very easily decided.

I think Halo Wars spanks Killzone, that is just me so i do agree with you to an extent, but we have decided our means, we cannot decide it another way.

The list does not make me happy but the 360 generally fires at the end of the year, though having said that flower would probably be not included, i would assume, unless you can actually purchase it at a retail store?? i am not sure, i havent seen it though.

For the 2009 list inFamous is currently at 8.9 on N4G with 5-6 reviews. (Yeah it isn't done but it most likely will rank above 80%).

Comet Crash also has an 86/100 average. It is an RTS.

Both consoles may end up with a strong end of the year too.

I was gonna buy Infamous... but now I have no idea how a superhero game that does not star Onyxmeth can truly call itself a superhero game. 

Yeah i do truly hope this (as i have both) InFAMOUS is a first day buy for me I would say, i really enjoyed it. Don't think it will sell well though (luckily for Kantor this is not what this is about) as shown next to Crackdown.
