I just want a game that gives me the advantage and i have the advantage throughout the whole game. Don't stifle me. lol
I'm not trying to bash these games, i just wanted more. Maybe i'm a different gamer than most, I don't like a challenge, i like fun. I want to have a game that is 100 hours long but easy to get through because i have this incredible power that no one can stop. But give me some creative ways to use that power, give me hordes of bad guys to kill. Give me extreamly hard bosses but let my powers overwhelm them.

You're talking about Dynasty Warriors. Tons of enemies, easy to kill, and you are always stupidly more powerful than them.
|
But i play it on Chaos a lot and it is really hard. The there are only like 4 or 5 characters i can beat Chaos mode with and Lu Bu is not one of them I die with him quickly.

Ok so I don't get what your problem is. You've said you want to feel overly powerful and not have a challnege and yet you bump your games up to the highest difficulties. Why don't you just play your games on easy? That is what it's there for.
|
No see the thing i am talking about is games that you are supposed to have an advantage in and then don't. I like playing games on Easy then on the Hardest difficulty. Those games are ones that i am okay with. It is the ones that have an advantage in them and then all of a sudden i don't have that advantage anymore.

But 3/4 of your examples in your OP had nothing to do with that.
Your complaint about Wolverine is not an about an advantage he had in the game and then does not have it, you're complaining about how faithful it is to the movie.
I'm not comlaining about it being faithful to the movie, yeah the movie he was immortal so why make a game where you aren't. The advantage is to not be able to die, but then you can die.
Your Uncharted example is stupid just because who would ever climb to get away from enemies in that game anyways? They'ed shoot your ass dead as you scaled a wall. The platforming segments of Uncharted were always seperate from the shooting segments anyways, so this is merely a new challenge to undertake as you platform, nothing more.
Yeah, i know it was seperate in the first one so it was understandable to not have the advantage. Now you are jumping around and enemies are still there. So how come they become as agile as Drake? I just would assume climbing would be your advantage. Maybe Uncharted wasn't a great example since it isn't out yet, maybe once i play it, it will feel different. By the climbing away thing, i'm not meaning climbing a wall, i mean climbing a building quickly to get on top or go through a window to hide or get away.
The Timeshift example had nothing to do with not having an advantage, just about limiting your time travel powers, which from how you put it seems to be consistent throughout the game.
You see i thought that i would have more time to use the abilities, i thought the full game added more to your abilities that is why i bought it. It is cool for what it is i just wish there was more to that advantage. Although it is cool if you are about to die on a vehicle and you rewinde time you save yourself. I almost died on a vehicle going into a pit, because i messed up a jump. I was able to rewind time quickly and redo the jump without restarting.
I can't comment on Assassin's Creed because I've never played it.
I think this would be the best example out of all of them. In later levels the enemys can case you on buildings now and are as agile as you. That doesn't make sense since Altair has been trained to do this and stupid guards shouldn't. It is harder to hide as well. Plus with the repetitivness of the game made it just boring.
