Good things come to people who wait.

At least Sony lets PD make the decisions when it comes to their games. MS pissed off Bizarre and will no longer have their great dev team producing the PGR series anymore. For that matter they no longer have the tight grasp at the neck of Bungie anymore.

That being said I will purchase both games as Forza had pretty awsome customizable decals. This is what GT needs but not a cheap ripoff Forza.

When forza finally reaches the same level of realism, graphics, and sound as gran turismo, i'll buy it.

 

but that's not about to happen while Yamauchi is still alive.

 

until then, I don't mind waiting for perfection.

I'd rather wait 100 years on a perfect "driving simulator" rather than wait 25 years for a half assed "driving game".

No, it shows nobody gives a fuck about racing games anymore.  I loved Road Rash 1 and 2.  Never loved a racing game since.  Midnight Club: Street Racing was great too, and that was piggybacking off of The Fast and The Furious film.  I believe that tastes in the United States have changed greatly.  If your game isn't a blockbuster in the US then the game will be half as successful, in fact maybe less successful than that (in terms of sales).  I wouldn't bet on our tastes in the US being what they were 2,3 8 years ago.  Our affections are fickle at best.

Of course you won't wait for it, you don't have a PS3. Why are you going to wait for game that you won't be able to play.

nah Forza 3 will be released before GT5 and Forza 4 will be announced before they will reannounce damage thing on GT5,

I am woundering if gran turismo 5 will come out in time to beat the others nfsShift forza 3 probably grid 2 or they will just wait till like febuary like killzone and get really bad sales. I hop if there is no price cut it is at least realsed before christmass with a bundel in america because the only bundel we ever got nation wide was the metal gear one which walmart even said that sony didn't give them enough stock for.
