Exactly.  I never use iTunes.  Especially if I lose the file I have to re-buy it.  Piracy for music is great.  That's the only kind I take part in.  Piracy for games and movies is bad though.

I think the Zune HD is releasing soon so MS are getting ready to try beating Apple again in that department. I will be loving every moment simply because MS really do talk out there ass when it comes to Apple and shows how scared to them they really are.

Apple got that area in the bag MS, time you gave up with Zune. The crazy thing is that I think Zune is NA only because it has never released here in the UK. That or MS tried before and it failed miserably.

They both cost too much, the adverage person wont dowload 10 songs in a month on the ipod. You would spend more and waste more per year if you went with the ZunePass because it's a subscription. It's best to have people pay as they go in this case. Now if you are some DJ that have a huge libary, then the ZunePass makes for a better deal.

So everyone should give up and let Apple dominate the market?

The market leader can have his crown removed *cough* WII, the Zune has never released outside of NA and Canada, however this time, (if you have actually been reading up on zune HD) you get the distinct feeling Zune = Xbox .. Zune HD = Xbox 360. This time they're into win. The specs are awesome and its getting a WW release.

You should be appluading Microsoft for trying to get consumers another option better than the Ipod .. not laughing at them.

There is a reason Apple dominates the market and that is because their products are fantastic in terms of the iPod. MS can try all they want but the Zune has struggled to match the iPod in NA let alone trying to get something done WW.

What gives you the feeling that "Zune = Xbox .. Zune HD = Xbox 360"? I don't even know what you mean by that TBH as the 360 has hardly set the world a light. I see you have tried out the new Zune HD since it gives consumers "another option better than the Ipod"...tell me about it.

I guess what they don't realize is that the zune can only let you buy $15,000 worth of songs.. And that the big harddrive is for movies, apps and such.
