I´m sure old timers immediately know what I mean by that...still the best and most epic battle this industry has ever seen, agree?...man those were some sweet times.

those were some great times, still no reason you couldn't own and enjoy both consoles, which i did and still do.

Yeah..I´ve seen some people say the PS3 vs 360 battle is like the one from those days, but based on the gaming library of those systems, I disagree.

I loved Mode 7 racers.

the current console battle isn't even close, Nintendo and Sega really went at it, just the advertisements from the early nineties point at how different it was. And yes, mode 7 racers were awesome, who doesn't love Super Mario Kart or F-Zero?
