Have you ever been to the US? Immigrants are treated better hear then I would imagine anywhere else in the world. In fact, most people who have an accent get bombarded with question about where they are from and what their country is like by curious friendly Americans.

And it does not matter what color you are.

There are some places where race and origin of country matter (like east LA for example), but to stereotype the worst of America, and portray it like it is America, is the same thing this story is. Media trash.

Yes, I actually live here, been here for many years. In fact it's either the love or the hate that I get because of the accent, just depends where you look.

Our employment for immigration is MUCH higher then Frances.  I mean you just argued in another thread that we only let people over that are going to contribute.

Even when you count illegal immigration i'd be we far outstrip the french in this.

Well there is a lot to bash.  I mean some of the social stuff like to get on about the US.  France has way more problems.

No one bothers them though because there is no reason for people to want to take france down another peg.

Sounds like a terrible place to be. Here in Canada all the immigrants get young beautiful blond women who bear at least 10 children to each man.

maybe the guy just sucks at talking to women, i came from Africa to live in Europe too and i had none of his problems, i have a decent job, i am starting University in September, i also had my fair share of blonds no kids though.
