This rumor isn't even a rumor. It's more like rampant speculation, and there has been plenty of that regarding MGS4 on 360 in the past and not a single thing has come of it.
This will be no different.

Your supposition is on shaky ground. You never know, MGS4 may hit the 360, but there's nothing to support the idea at this point. The game in question could be anything.

It was there yesterday, but now it's gone.
At first I didn't really pay any attention to this. I figured it was probably just another scrolling space shooter primarily aimed at arcades, just like Otomedius G.
But the fact that it's now taken off the list suggests it's a *much* bigger title than that.
