I don't see why not.
And I can think of a few more OP. Eternal Sonata, Enchanted Arms, Obilvion, Ninja Gaiden II, and Kane and Lynch.

It can't be stolen if it's available on both systems,"Stolen" should be banned from here.

fair enough bad wording,
And the point of this thread to basically calm the fact down that people say that without a doubt everygame that is not 1st party will go to the other console. It gets old, the MGS4 one gets old as well.
With the fact that Kojima said it, the guys from Bioware originally said the same thing about the 360, i believe it was also said about the first bioshock, it means nothing.
Also C Holloman you are another reason why i created this thread, this day and age you cannot say something won't come to another console, i never thought i would see Banjo on a non Nintendo console, same as Perfect Dark (the original) but here we are.
I also thought that Nintendo was going to stay hardcore, but alas i was wrong lol, but hey it works for them
In the case of MGS4 many people are quite confident that it will remain exclusive for the simple fact that Kojima himself said it's going to remain a PS3 exclusive and if you want it you have to buy a PS3. Then the little easter eggs in the game. (The PS3s, PSPs, Sony Phones, Apple products) the little bit about making fun of Multi-disc games, and also the whole Psycho Mantis bit.

"In video game terms, RPGs are games that involve a form of separate battles taking place with a specialized battle system and the use of a system that increases your power through a form of points.
Sure, what you say is the definition, but the connotation of RPGs is what they are in video games." - dtewi
Regarding exclusives, you need to look at who the publisher is. If the game is published by Microsoft it's likely to stay exclusive for the 360 and those published worldwide by Sony will stay exclusive to the PS3.
Regarding 3rd parties, they are usually multi-platform developers. Thus all the once exclusive best sold 360 games which aren't too old have so far been ported to the PS3 (only exception may be Valve games, as that company is run by an ex Microsoft employee)
Vice versa that's also the case, but a few games may not be ported to the 360 mainly due to technical reasons such as with regard to Metal Gear Solid 4.
