That's more than I knew about the game so far, so thanks for posting. I'm glad they aren't "stretching" themselves with multiplayer. I hope it doesn't become a episodic "download" game (like Siren on the PS3) and instead offers the full package on one disc (or package, to be more precise).

Even here in Finland, we have got some info about Alan Wake and why it takes so long to make : They want to make good game, and they have only about 30-50 manpower.

This game is SCREAMING game of the year whether it releases 2009 or 2010. This game will not only be gobsmacking in storytelling, but also graphically and atmospherically. Alan Wake is gonna have the impact that Resident Evil had when the first one was released. Watch very closely. :)

E3 can't come soon enough, I can't WAIT to see this game in action! I'm not going to agree with your statement just yet, on the basis that I haven't seen any of Alan Wake yet...but if its anything like I expect it to be, then it will be a MAJOR contender for GOTY :D

Guys, guys, guys, don't set yourself up for disappointment. The game will most likely be good, but it will have a hard time living up to your expectations. Especially you selnor.

Not for me, not really. For whatever reason, I can eat up horror games like candy no matter how bad they are. Plus I like Selnor's attitude toward this.

I agree. GOTY 2009. I love every aspect I've seen so far about this game.

I just got that feeling you know? The one you get that only comes along maybe 1 evry gen, or even every 2 gens. There is just a really good vibe about this game. :)
