ioi, how about having a thread or a specific place on the site's main page where only u could post when the numbers will be out, or why there's a delay and for approximately how long. It's a little irritating coming back to the site 10 times a day to find the numbers. I think my idea is doable and will be helpful.

a good idea routsounanman, that would be great. Something like a Site news section on the front page where you can see information relating the site.

At the moment, there would stand "virus issue fixed" and "american charts delayed, they'll be up until tomorrow" or something like this.

What if you created an RSS feed that you updated with the numbers when you add them?  It would be really convenient to be able to just check that to see when the site was updated and might help to stop these threads. :)

How does ioi have access to numbers no one else has access to? And whats the general schedule if things are "on time"? Obviously I know its off sometimes (like this week). Also, when ioi posts an update with numbers, do the main numbers on the front page of the website get updated immediately too?

Hopefully IOI will be able to get the numbers up by around 10ish, that generally seems to be what happens.

The numbers on the frontpage get updates and the initial states and an editorial about sales is often posted. Prediction league lags behind a day or two until it gets update.

Erikers you are complaining about numbers posted a day or two late, numbers made from a list of sources that are not all reliable in getting them to ioi themselves and all compiled by one guy who also has a FT job.... when the alternative is getting monthly numbers from a huge company that releases them weeks after the actual month reported, and also sometimes [if not often] days late of the day they say they will be released.

At 11.42 site time on the 19th ioi said within the next 24 hours. That means within the next 5 hours we get US numbers.
