Last years teams were very different. Barca had a different coach and Utds defense wasnt ALL that. Still, at the end of the day its about the result and not how beautiful you play which La Liga fans fail to see.

I agree it's about the result, I support Italy national team just because they are playing for the result.

Last year Barca was different because Eto and Messi were just back from their injuries , messi only played the first 60 minutes in the first match, Eto only played 15 or 18 matches through the entire last season.

Henry sucked hard last year, Ronaldinho wasn't even there but above all this they managed to do well so when someone says "barca may win" it's not very crazy

Both ways I hope Pep realizes how Eto is not a good striker and I hope he realizes that barca needs a player like Xabi Alonso, Ballack or Barja , the ones that are able to score by shooting from long distance....

Nah, Barca dont need any of those players. Ballack? LOL. Eto is the striker that scores when balls are handed to him, but Barca dont need a new striker, Messi Henry, Xavi, Iniesta are all setting up plays. Barca need a quality left back, Keeper (Cech) and a Center back that can defend and not get man handled in the air.

Hleb is a great player, I remember when he used to play in England however I dont know why the fk he would move to Barca. Does he really think he can get a starting spot over messi, Henry, Xavi etc? Just like how Dudek moved to Madrid and expects a starting spot over Casillas. A club like Villa or City should buy Hleb and Gudjohnsen in the summer.

I dont really see Hleb or Guddy as central midfielders. Hleb would do better on the wing where Henry plays although Guddy can play midfield he is no where up to Keitas standards. These two want out and this is a big oppurtunity for the PL clubs trying to break into the top 4 to sign them.
