CG never had particularily good openings for me, the best one was Colors, with O2 being the second (mostly for the brillant ending)



And the best ending was the first one, Yuukyou Seishunka

Trust me, I watched both complete. And DN, while very good, is no match for the almighty Code Geass

That ed is OK. Best ending is this:

I remember hating that ending because it meant I couldn't hear anymore my precious Yuukyou Seishunka. After that, I realized it's a good ending. But still, I love Yuukyou Seishunka much, much better

I personally LOVE the english voices, and I believe they are the best english voices for any anime since dragonball Z

I personally never bothered to check his voice in english. I know that simply JP voices are better and english are not worth to listen to, so I don't have to worry about that
