Well, it's a lot quieter and cooler running than before.

I've heard a number of people complain that it took weeks and weeks to get theirs repaired, so I'm guessing I hit them during a lull in repair requests.  I received an email saying they received it about a week after I sent it back using their UPS shipping label.  Then that evening they said it was repaired, and an hour later they said it was shipped out.

Today I received the unit (6 days after they shipped it).  That's a total turnaround of 2 weeks, including shipping, with the repairs taking < 1 day.  I'm happy.

i got mine back in six days. i was surprised.

mine went down 2 years ago during the peak, and I got the replacement back exactly 1 week after I put it in the mail.
