Not going to happen.

| jaddow said: back in the summer of 2007, the PlayStation blog let fly with the story that Rockstar and SCEA had struck an exclusivity deal for a PS3 project. PSU reminds YOU of what SCEA director of third-party relations Michael Shorrock wrote:
As part of our long standing relationship with Rockstar, and the incredible success for both companies with the cultural icon that is Grand Theft Auto, we've agreed to the PlayStation exclusive rights of the next great franchise from the Rockstar studios. Rockstar really wanted to make a game that you can truly only do on PS3, harnessing the power of CELL and Blu-ray disc and this deal lets them do just that...This is really a win-win situation for both companies. |
Sony money hatted them? Or its a timed exclusive.
@ Garnet, no, I believe I read somewhere that Sony gave up GTA4 being exclusive to their system in return for Rockstar's next big, sales eating project.

wonder what type of game it is. other than manhunt, all their games have been sandbox. i got a feeling it will be an action tps over the shoulder similar to gears but set in a gangster world.

Actually, I think the reason for that is exclusivity on Kingdom Hearts 3.
This gen: Money + Microsoft = Square Enix in love
Yeah...Rockstar and parent company TTWO are just going to give up MAJOR sales for the love of Sony. Instead of making $250 million, we are going to be happy with $110 million...roflmao...do some of you fanboys have ANY concept of business?
