*Yes, I'm claiming Uwe Boll might have some talent in there. Some online movie review sites, such as the affiliates in the B-Masters' Cabal (http://www.b-masters.com/), have pointed out some of his films have shown hints of promise of a good director, such as moments in Alone in the Dark. So if Uwe Boll actually tried to better himself by looking at his work and seeing what could be improved, he could actually improve himself, instead of just putting on this "No one understands my work," crap.

No, Uwe Boll does not have talent. I've seen every one of his films but Postal, and there is not a single redeeming moment in any of them. I'm not joking - they are, from beginning to end, irretrievably bad. I'm not fond of Factor 5 or Julian Eggrebrecht, but comparing them to Uwe Boll in any way but nationality and fondness for videogames is just horribly cruel and degrading.

Read my comment again. The comment is about potential talent, as in if he actually was objective about his work, and stopped pretending his crap is good enough and everyone else is wrong. See the difference?

I did read it. I'm still laughing over it, as a matter of fact. "Hints of promise?" There were none. He has zero potential. That's the difference.

Around the Network

Currently, Factor 5 is the worse Sony studio (1st or 2nd party), I mean everyone else is delivering better stuff, these guys disappointed.

Also, I'm not into the Warhawk motion controls either, but I haven't played Lair to judge that one's controls. Should be arriving from Gamefly soon though so I can compare the two in motion controls at least.

Thanks to Blacksaber for the sig!

Don't worry you all, he is possessed by a ghost, he don't really mean it

You're a gamer. You are biased. The people on those sites can look at his films without hatred, so they see something there. If Boll tried experimental films, instead of trying for cheap films trying to be big, who knows?

And don't claim you do know. You don't. Neither do I, but I admit that.

A flashy-first game is awesome when it comes out. A great-first game is awesome forever.

Plus, just for the hell of it: Kelly Brook at the 2008 BAFTAs

This guy is so dumb it's painful to read... I was planning to buy Lair for soundtrack but this guy really pisses me off. I don't support jerks.
