Agree

This is not a debate or question about which game DESERVES the title of GOW. I, as a Sony fanboy, and because GOW came out first and is more epic, think that it deserves the title GOW.

But a lot of casual gamers and Xbox owners don't even know about God of War, and what I'm asking is which game, by majority, will be known as GOW? I use Google as a means to measure that, and by that means, Gears seems to have won.

So after God of War III, will most people use GOW for God of War, or Gears of War? And a spin off question is when Gears of War III comes out, which one would be known better as GOW?

the fact that epic had to jack "of War" from GoW for their game should mean something.....not to mention the first word starting with a G
