I still think Killzone 2 is better than anything else we've seen thus far. Seriously, having played through it, it almost looks like a next-gen game.

So my vote goes for that.

What has FPS got to do with graphics? It's your own fault your PC can't run the game properly.

but a suprise package might be halo odst, its only a very short game so they will be able to use the dvd space to pack in much better grafix

Yes your right about both of these being movies. However your wrong about CGI. The KZ2 opening is CGI. But the Gears 2 opening is a movie using the in game engine. There is a massive difference.

So I do expect here to a certain degree that if PS3 games are left off you will get shouted at.

LP2 has been shown as pc version. GT went to capcom event and it was pc version they were showing. the same videos that have been out for last few weeks.Alan Wake is shown as pc version.you keep showing pc screens yet again.and 99nights 2 isnt in gameand that gears of war 2 intro is cgi(compressed) not game grafix, in fact some parts of the video are so compressed it almost looks youtube quality especially the part where helicopters come into view.

I'm sorry. Your wrong about Gears 2. Cliffy B said that all cutscenes in Gears 2 use the Unreal 3 Engine. Go few the video Pixel tells a thousand pictures.

This stupid nitpicking of PC version being shown is becoming increasingly rediculous. Mass Effect PC vs 360 is identical to each other bar resolution. Same with Bioshock and Fallout 3. To be honest I actually think those games look better on my 40 " TV because of the size and cinematic feeling.

It's pretty obvious that alot of the N32 screens are ingame. You dont get cutscenes with those angles in any game.

Mark my words LP2 (The new benchmark) Alan Wake, N32 and SC Conviction are gonna blow us away at E3. People thought that Gears 2 was the pinnacle of 360 more or less. That game wasnt even optimized to take advantage of the 360 6 threads. Multithread games on 360 will start being utilised with Alan Wake. And probably LP2 and Forza 3. Also considering Conviction has been in development before AC 1, I expect it to be better graphically than AC 2.

^Claiming the 360 is capable of "far more" than KZ2 sounds like an exaggeration to me. Since the first Gears of War, the 360's graphics don't seem to be improving in the way the PS3's graphics do. I'm no developer, but I'm just making observations from my experiences from both consoles. I played Killzone 2 yesterday for the first time in a few weeks and it just blows away anything else I have played on consoles. I don't mean to bash the 360 but I'll be surprised if it can match Killzone 2's graphics anytime soon, let alone achieving "far more". I'm sure MS will show some impressive stuff at E3 but it's not like Sony don't have a conference of their own.

I'm seriously considering it, which is quite an accomplishment considering it would go against my reluctance to have stuff in my sig with an expiration date, and my reluctance to have things in it directed at specific people.
