for me it was Riku. in kingdom hearts one he was so "bad ass" lol with those sick ass pants and his kick ass everything lols, but in the sequel he looked... well... stupid... those sweatpants...made me get SO MAD. i can only hope that he is this guy tho in the next kingdom hearts games to come

Sonic, if you count the first game as SEGA GENESIS and his sequel EVERYTHING AFTER THAT.
