This is what all PS3 owners will be like once UT3 hits stores.... JK, and yes it´s very hard to say if he´s really that insane or if he´s just actin and he has some notes on the screen and no game, the only thing I can sadly confirm is that he´s german, or he´s the best child actor ever.
