Ms. Pac Man!

I didn't really understand the question :(

I'm a Windows guy.

Why? Awesome Microsoft development tools (Visual Studio, MSDN, etc), great Microsoft-developed software (Office, Windows Live Messenger, Windows Media Player (it's not great, but it's better than iTunes (iTunes being the sole reason why I'm ditching iPods this year)).

For every piece of software available on Mac OS, there are 10 alternatives on Windows. Also, I'm a gamer (you wouldn't have guessed), and so I go to where the games are.

Greater hardware choice. I'm not limited to one manufacturer. If I were a Mac OS guy, I'd be trapped within a sort of quasi-monopoly, where I'd be charged extortionate prices for hardware.

I couldn't disagree more here,  if anything it's the complete lack of decent development tools that makes me dislike Windows

I mean how can Microsoft provide great developments tools if it's Operating System is one of the only systems out there that doesn't support bash or any of it's variants.

How can you possibly misspell QWERTY? It's spelled correctly on the damn keyboard.

Linux...oh god Linux.

Windows PC.. every program whether it is freeware or games or whatever runs on a windows PC.  Like 1% of it can run on a Mac.  Personally, I don't know why anyone would ever get a mac, except because they are shiny.  Some people claim due to it getting less viruses but there is plenty of free virus protection you can install on a PC, and the only reason PC's get more viruses is because they are 92% of the market share and so viruses are programed for who they can affect the most, that and nothing runs on Macs not bad stuff not good stuff.  Even viruses are like "WTF am I supposed to do with this?"

dude linux is fucking awesome you should atleast give it a try. I was a windows user untill I saw it in action.

Neoraf - Your assumption about Mac's is completely off buddy. Mac knowledge has nothing to do with nerds. In fact, the whole big deal with mac os is that it is user friendly and appeals to people who do not use computers - aka not nerds.

Mac & PS3 for me. My first PC was a Mac and I haven't looked back since. I don't really play games on my computer, that's what I have a console for. It's what I'm use to, I've tried Windows OS and never liked it - feels clunky to me.

I avoid MS products like the plague... but I also work in the graphics industry.

I've tried them all over the years (building pc's and repairing them, get all sorts in), but I will never switch from windows, I'm on Windows 7 RC at the moment and it is fantastic, anyone can download it from the 5th of may, you'll be very impressed even if you tested the earlier beta,

There's a very good reason Mac and Linux have such a pathetic marketshare in the OS market, they just don't offer an overall package that is as good as what windows offers and this won't change for a long time (if ever)

ummm... Linux can do everything Mac and Windows can do, but Linux can do it 10x faster and 10x better. If you ever try linux, you'll be surprised by its speed
