Batman beating Snake has nothing at all to do with the physical condition of the two fighters. Batman will win because he is smarter, more meticulous, and just crazy enough to think like his opponent. Snake will go into a situation and figure out how to resolve it later through trial and error. Batman will go into a situation with a flawless plan of contingencies that guarantees success.

Snake is only 5'2 feet tall.... Batman wins because snake could not defeat The Joker. Or Baine. The Hulk is another matter.

Actually Krpytonite is not the only Superman weakness.  Most people doesn't know this but Magic is also another of Superman weakness.

Batman used gadgets to win, and of course he won because he isn't real lol. A comic can make anyone win. If real people had the same powers then of coarse the Hulk would beat a normal human. In a non fixed fight, Batman wouldn't have won against the Hulk.

At first I thought batman would win but then I remembered CQC!
I think Snake at his peak would win in the fight.

But with weapons and everything.. Batman probably.
