Forums - Sony - Need help with my PSP it wont switch on

Basically, I just brought an old second hand PSP and I have tried to switch it on and it doesn't bloody work. No lights come on or anything. I've tried charging it and nothing happens. It's an original PSP.

Thanks for your help in advance

Try a new battery. If that fails, its simply a broken system.

when you charge it does the orange light come on??

My mate seems to think it's the power supply, but I will take it back and see what they say. Hopefully the sort it out, I imagine the battery would be a factor too.

Thankyou Mroca

If you have a PS3 I think you can charge it through that to see if it works?

if the orange light doesn't come on, it could be the charger is broken, that happened to my brother
