Was wondering what to expect, I only bought it cause it was 20 dollars and came with the Playstation Eye, so I felt like it was like buying a cheap playstation eye with a free game to me. 

Is it a difficult card game with a ton of rules?  Is it pretty fun?  And how much/where can you get the cards?

OP, it's not hard at all, not a ton of rules.
It's fun, probably much more fun if you have time for it. Cards are nice, play field is nice, mechanics are nice, and online is nice, though you can play off line with a friend with just the cards it comes with, but there is not much variety to it. It's still fun that way though :).
(Now if I could only get the patches and some better cards and play online with some chances of winning, it would be much more fun. Alas, there is no PlayStation Store for my region :( ).
