Forums - PC - It's ALIVE!!!

Mwahahahahahah! *evil laugh continues for 5 minutes*

It is compleeeeete mwahahhahah!

Since october of last year I have been buying peices for a mother of a beast gaming computer. Buying a peice every paycheck or two. Well finally it is complete! and I gave it the system Soul Calibur!  Why? Well for one it's fast as hell, and it has a crap load of blue LEDS in it and it's bloody huge. I also name all my electronic devices with that ability. (ps3 is masamune, Psp Muramasa, a flash drive Bishomen...you get the point)

Now this was suppose to be finished April 4th, but complications arised. I installed almost everything just fine, computer was running perfectly. Then....I was about to download the very last driver after 6 hours updating and all that good stuff. My sound driver.    Well it wouldn't work....me a little upset was like wtf...so I plugged my audio in anyway and then PHHEEWWWwwwww. How computer just shuts down! and it wouldn't turn on!!! So I had to RMA it...A process that took longer then i thought cause I had to go to fry's make them print out a receipt and all that good stuff. Well fry's makes you wait a week then they mail it to you they don't just hand it over. So I waited for it to mail then finally got to it and I got my motherboard here today....runing perfectly A ok....and I'm HAPPY!

Neways here is the rundown of it's peices.

Total Price so far:  $1800

wow that suprinsgly came out to an even number.

I eventually plan to upgrade it even more when I have the cash and when it shows age....that's why I got my motherboard. Graphics starting to wear down? SLI it.....starting to go even more....Tri-SLI (hopefully tri gets more support later)

I'll say it's a Swan Song for socket 755, I know it's not nethlahem but it's playing crysis on max at around 30 fps....pretty damn good for me, and it i SLI that thing then woot. And im not even overclocked yet. Something I'll do next week.

So with my estimate of price drops on items when the time comes I think we can see my full product being priced around this.

Everything above: $1800

GPU: 2 X Gtx 285 - $400 (200 each)

Ram: G.SKILL 4GB - $60 ( add another pair in for 8 gig total)

Disk Drive: Blu-Ray Burner - ($120)
