While this is a very interesting topic, there's an easy answer:
The early church couldn't help to borrow from pre-existing beliefs in order to expand. The fact early popes borrowed myths in order to pad their own mythology doesn't change that Jesus was indeed the Son of the only God.
even the pages you linked to strongly suggest that this "copycat" isn't correct. Just read the entire second link. I mean seriously, I can find similarities in all sorts of things, but that doesn't mean they are related.
