I had the hardest time reading through your title!

I believe you meant "desserts" not "deserts". It hurts my brain every time I try to read your title and your OP. :(

They bill for the channel? Its not their channel!! But anyway, it wouldn't surprise me if they did!

 

 

I think they charge the labour cost of re-formatting the Wii's memory and replacing any legitimate software on it. They have to remove the unauthorized software to ensure it isn't the cause of your Wii's problems. ;P
