What makes you think the 360 will reach its peak before the wii. It's a cheaper console, and it's selling better then ever. The wii is still selling well too, but they're not flying off the shelves like they used to.
Personally I don't think the wii will ever break the 50% mark at this point, but then again I don't care either. I'm just running out of things to do at work. =P
