Well I personally like this style over the original, and the IGN preview was fairly positive so I`m definately going to keep this game on my radar.

@joora: No, they are 848 x 448 which the Wii is capable of.

The Wii renders max internally to 640x480 (or more commonly 640x448). However, the hardware in the Wii can natively stretch/upscale the output resolution to 848 for widescreen.

So, 848 x 448 is normal Wii output with component cables.
